The turbine extractor for fruit processing is suitable for extracting and refining fruit puree, tomatoes and vegetables.
The equipment consists of an extractor and a refiner, equipped with a double horizontal cylinder, a double motor shaft, a double bearing structure, a three-phase motor, two safety devices and an internal cleaning device, and water sprayers and steam generators on the two horizontal planes.
The shaft support is a precision machined cast housing that lubricates the bearings to the bearings and is equipped with grease fittings.
The main body of the upper section of the refiner is made of SUS304, and the pulping net is composed of 3 mm outer hole and 1.5 mm inner hole; The main body of the lower section of the refiner is made of SUS304, and the pulping net is composed of 1.5 mm outer hole and 1.2 mm inner hole.
